Have you ever wondered what all goes into making delicious Wisconsin Cheeses?
Join Clara for a fresh Italian Cheese-Making class. During this class Clara will show you step-by-step instructions on how to make cheese. Participants will be interacting with the process. The class comes with cheese to sample, a beverage, and your own Cheese Making Kit to take home!

Location: Upstairs in the LaClare Creamery Visitor Center, through the main doors and to the right.
Ideal Ages: all ages welcome!
